Where mechanical construction and development is concerned, DUALIS has always had the highest standards in security, design and ergonomics. All developments are based on VDI (Association of German Engineers) guidelines as well as the required norms in the development of medical products. The components and assembly unit designs are created with production in mind and can at all times be implemented in the series production with minimal effort.

With volume-based 3D construction software, we can execute any complex contours, such as free formed surfaces, directly in the machine production. We work with all established materials, biocompatible substances for example, for application in long-term implants    (> 30 days). In the process, all components go through rigorous quality controls.
