Plastics technology

In collaboration with our partners we develop and produce high quality plastic components for long-term use in medical devices and implants. We implement methodical designs and use state-of-the-art  technology to meet the highest quality requirements.

The production-friendly construction of all parts uses our volume-based 3D construction software (ProEngineer™). Quality assurance includes a rigid check of all components – for example the inspection of material thickness with an accuracy of +/-1 micrometer.
